Flip a House Guide is an unofficial fan guide to Flip a House, the Roblox game by Increates House. We are not affiliated with Increates House or Roblox. Every game fact here comes from the official Roblox listing, links to its source and shows the date we checked it. Profit numbers will only appear after we have measured them in the game ourselves.

How we check facts
- 1We read the official Roblox listing: the game page and the public Roblox API behind it, and keep a dated copy.
- 2Every game fact on a page gets a source badge that links to where it came from.
- 3Numbers that change, like players online, are snapshots and always show when we took them.
- 4Anything players report goes in as Community, unverified until we test it. When reports disagree, both are shown side by side.
- 5Prices, profits and unlock levels only go up after we measure them in the game, with the Roblox update they came from.
